Independent

Everything a growing operation needs, without an enterprise IT budget.

The driver app, dump-ticket capture, and customer portal that let a small office run like a big one. Nothing to install, nobody to hire, no server in the closet.

The old way

Sound familiar?

I'm doing invoices at the kitchen table on Friday night.
Drivers text me photos of tickets and half of them never make it into billing.
Customers call the office to ask when their pickup is and how much they owe.
We pay for four different apps and re-type everything between them.
The big software companies won't call us back, or they want enterprise money.
What you get

Three things that change the day.

Capability 1

Driver app

Runs the whole shift on the phone the driver already carries. Clock in. Pre-trip inspection with photos. Today's route in order. Turn-by-turn navigation with spoken directions, right in the app. Arrive, complete, or skip each stop with a photo or a signature. Report an issue with a photo and a GPS pin. Message dispatch. Log fuel and expenses with a receipt photo. Photograph the dump ticket. Clock out. Dispatch sees the truck on the map while the driver is on shift.

What it replaces

Paper route sheets, the clipboard inspection form, the group text, and the second maps app.

Time

Drivers stop coming back to the office to hand in paperwork. Dispatch stops calling to ask where the truck is.

Money

Photo and GPS proof of service ends “you never came” disputes. Digital DVIR records keep you covered on inspections. Fewer missed stops means fewer free return trips.

Capability 2

Dump tickets

The driver photographs the scale ticket in the cab. The system reads the facility, gross, tare, net, material, and fees, and the driver confirms. Duplicates are caught. The office reviews the ticket in a queue with the facility rate applied, and it attaches to the customer's invoice. Manual entry is there for the days the photo is bad. Cost per ton and diversion show up in reports without anyone building a spreadsheet.

What it replaces

The stack of thermal tickets in the cab, the photo texted to the office, and the Friday re-keying session.

Time

Hours of back-office entry a week, gone.

Money

Every ticket gets billed. Disposal cost is visible per customer, so you know which accounts are eating your margin.

Capability 3

Customer portal

Your customers log in to see their balance, view and pay invoices, check active services and upcoming pickups, and look at their service history. They can request an extra pickup or a swap, which becomes a work order once you approve it, and open a support ticket instead of calling. Your office sees every request in one queue and approves, rejects, or counters.

What it replaces

The phone ringing with “when is my pickup” and “how much do I owe,” and the check in the mail.

Time

Fewer calls to the office. Requests arrive written down, with the customer's details already attached.

Money

Customers pay online, faster. Extra pickups and swaps get requested, approved, and billed instead of handled as favors.

Safety and compliance

The safety record a big fleet has, without buying trackers.

You get driver speed, hard stops, and over-limit reporting out of the phones your drivers already carry. No hardware to buy, no install appointment, no monthly telematics line on the bill. When an inspection comes up or a customer disputes a stop, the record is already there.

  • Driving speed, hard stops, and over-limit events captured through the driver app
  • Driver-level safety reports with events per 100 miles to put route activity in context
  • Pre-trip and post-trip DVIR with defect photos, odometer, and hour meters
  • Issue and damage reports from the field with a photo and a GPS pin
  • GPS location from the driver's own phone, shared with dispatch only while clocked in
  • No tracking hardware to buy, install, or maintain, and no extra telematics fee
Start to finish

A day on the platform.

You build the route once and it repeats. Your driver clocks in, runs the inspection, and follows the turn-by-turn. Each stop gets a photo. At the landfill, one photo of the ticket and the weight is in the system. By the time the truck is back, the day's invoices are generated and your customers can already see them in the portal. You spend Friday night somewhere other than the kitchen table.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Do I need an IT person or a server?

No. The office platform runs in a browser. The driver app installs from the app store on Android and iOS. Updates happen automatically.

What phones do my drivers need?

The ones they already carry. Android or iPhone. GPS comes from the phone, so there is no tracking hardware to buy or install in the truck.

My drivers are not tech people. Will they use it?

The app runs the shift in the order they already work it: clock in, inspection, route, stops, tickets, clock out. Turn-by-turn is spoken out loud. Completing a stop is one tap and a photo.

Can my customers pay online?

Yes. Customers see their invoices in the portal and pay there. Payments post to the account and sync to QuickBooks Online.

What about my existing customer list and routes?

We migrate them for you. Spreadsheets, exports from your current software, or paper: we take what you have and set it up so your first day on the platform looks like your business, not a blank screen.
