Demo Request Form. When you request a product demonstration, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, state, hauling types (such as residential, commercial, roll-off, or recycling), fleet size, additional details about your operation, preferred demo date, and preferred time slot.

Contact Form. When you submit a general inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, company website, and your message.

Email Inquiries. If you contact us directly via email at contact@bond4.ai, we collect the content of your email, your email address, and any information you choose to include.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, certain information is collected automatically through analytics and standard web technologies:

Analytics Data. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with the Website, including pages viewed, time spent on pages, referral sources, and general navigation patterns. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use cookies for tracking.

Advertising and Analytics Cookies. Every page of the Website loads the Google tag for Google Analytics and Google Ads, which are services of Google LLC. Through it, Google collects information such as the pages you view, how you reached the Website (including whether you clicked one of our ads), your IP address, your device and browser, and identifiers stored in cookies. When you request a demo, we tell Google that a demo request was made, identified by a reference number rather than your name or email address. Log Data. Our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log information when you access the Website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, date and time of access, and the duration of your visit.

Device Information. We may collect general information about the device you use to access the Website, such as device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), screen resolution, and browser type. This information is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your personal identity.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any of the following through the Website:

• Financial information, credit card numbers, or bank account details
• Social Security numbers or government-issued identification numbers

• Precise geolocation data (GPS coordinates)

Improving the Website. We use anonymized analytics data to understand how visitors use the Website, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the user experience.

Maintaining Security. We use log data to monitor for security threats, prevent abuse, and ensure the Website operates reliably.

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS for all Website communications

• Access controls limiting who within our organization can access submitted information
• Hosting on Vercel's secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure

Our use of Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies (Section 4.2) may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising, as the CCPA/CPRA defines those terms.
