General

Bond4Waste is an all-in-one waste management platform that automates your entire operation — routing, dispatch, billing, invoicing, driver management, container tracking, sales, and reporting. It's built specifically for small-to-mid-sized haulers running 5 to 50 trucks. Everything lives in one system, so you're not jumping between spreadsheets, legacy software, and disconnected tools.

Independent and privately owned waste haulers, primarily companies with 5 to 50 trucks doing residential, commercial, and roll-off collection. If you're currently running on TrashFlow, WAM, Soft-Pak, spreadsheets, or some combination of all of the above — Bond4Waste was built to replace all of it.

Bond4Waste is AI-native — artificial intelligence isn't bolted on as an afterthought, it's built into the foundation. That means you can ask questions in plain English and get instant answers from your live data, your drivers can snap a photo of a scale ticket and have an invoice generated automatically, and your routes are optimized by AI instead of built manually in a spreadsheet. No other platform in the waste industry offers this combination.

Bond4Waste is 100% cloud-based. There's nothing to install, no servers to maintain, and no IT staff required. You access the admin platform through any web browser, and your drivers use a mobile web app on their phones. Updates happen automatically — you always have the latest version.

Platform & Features

The full platform covers customer management, container and equipment tracking, route planning and optimization, live dispatch with real-time GPS tracking, work order management, scheduling, billing and invoicing, payment tracking, a built-in sales CRM with lead generation, fleet management, scale house ticketing, compliance and reporting, email campaigns, service zone management, and a complete audit log. There's also a driver mobile app and a customer billing portal.

Drivers use a mobile web app (no app store download needed) on their phone. They see their assigned routes with optimized stop sequences, navigate between stops with GPS, mark pickups as complete, fill out pre-trip and post-trip inspection checklists, submit scale tickets and dump slips, log expenses, report contamination with photos, and communicate with dispatch — all from one screen. The app works offline too, so poor cell coverage in rural areas isn't a problem.

When a driver completes a job and submits a scale ticket or marks a work order as done, Bond4Waste automatically generates an invoice with the correct line items, taxes, and totals. Your billing team reviews and clicks approve. The customer is automatically notified via email that the invoice is ready, and they can pay directly through the customer portal using credit card, ACH, or check. If the invoice goes overdue, the system automatically follows up — no more manually chasing payments.

It's a context-aware AI assistant built directly into the platform with access to your live operational data. You can ask questions like "Who are my top 5 customers by revenue?" or "Which drivers completed the most jobs today?" or "What's our total revenue this month vs last month?" and get instant answers. It also includes built-in lead generation — ask it to find restaurants or construction companies in your service area and it pulls prospects directly into your CRM pipeline.

Yes. The app is built offline-first — all data is cached locally on the driver's phone. When they're in areas with poor or no coverage, the app continues to work normally. Everything syncs automatically when the connection comes back.

When a driver encounters contamination, they take a photo and write a brief description directly in the app. That report is instantly sent to operations and also appears in the customer's billing portal, so there are no surprises when the contamination charge shows up on their invoice. It creates a clear paper trail that protects your business.

Yes. Dispatchers see live traffic, accidents, and road blocks on the dispatch map. If a driver needs to be rerouted, the dispatcher simply drags the route to an alternate path and the driver is automatically notified — zero phone calls back and forth. If the driver hits unexpected traffic, the dispatcher already sees it and can reroute proactively.

Switching & Onboarding

Most haulers are fully operational within a few weeks. We handle data migration from your existing system, configure your routes and customers, and train your team. The platform is designed to be intuitive — drivers typically pick up the app within a day or two.

Yes. We support data migration from legacy platforms like TrashFlow, WAM, Soft-Pak, and others, as well as from spreadsheets and CSV files. We work with you to map your existing customer, container, route, and billing data into Bond4Waste so nothing gets lost in the transition.

No. The driver app runs in any modern web browser on any smartphone — iPhone or Android. No special hardware, no GPS trackers to install, no app store downloads. If your drivers have a phone, they're ready to go.

The driver app is intentionally simple. It's designed for use in a truck, not at a desk. Big buttons, clear instructions, minimal typing. Drivers fill out checklists by tapping, submit scale tickets by filling a quick form or snapping a photo, and mark stops complete with one tap. Most drivers are comfortable with it after their first route.

Integrations

Yes — full two-way integration with QuickBooks Online. Customers, invoices, payments, and driver expenses sync automatically. You don't have to enter anything twice. Sync status is visible on every record so you always know what's been pushed to QBO and what hasn't.

The platform integrates with Mapbox for routing and GPS, Stripe for customer payments, Google Places for address autocomplete and lead generation, Clerk for authentication and team management, and Resend for transactional email. AI capabilities are powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI.

Yes. Bond4Waste includes a customer billing portal where your customers can view invoices, see their payment history, and pay directly via credit card, ACH, or check through Stripe. They get a magic-link login (no password needed) and can also submit service requests through the portal.

Pricing & Plans

Pricing is based on the size of your operation — number of trucks, drivers, and the features you need. Plans start at $600/month for smaller operations. We don't charge per-seat or per-user — your entire team gets access. Contact us for a custom quote based on your operation.

There is a one-time implementation fee that covers data migration, configuration, and training. The fee depends on the complexity of your operation and how much data needs to be migrated. We'll give you a clear quote upfront with no surprises.

We offer both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans come with a discount. There are no multi-year lock-ins.

Security & Reliability

Yes. Bond4Waste uses enterprise-grade security including row-level database isolation (every company's data is completely separated), AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials, role-based access control, and SSO support. The platform runs on serverless cloud infrastructure that auto-scales and requires zero maintenance on your end.

Bond4Waste has role-based access control with five roles: admin, dispatcher, driver, billing, and salesperson. Each role only sees what they need. Admins control who has access to what, and every action in the system is logged in a complete audit trail.

The admin platform requires an internet connection, but the driver app is built offline-first — drivers can continue working without connectivity and everything syncs when the connection returns. The platform itself runs on serverless cloud infrastructure with automatic failover, so downtime on our end is extremely rare.

Support

We provide hands-on onboarding, training for your team, and ongoing support. As an early customer, you get direct access to our team — not a support ticket queue. We're building this alongside our customers and your feedback directly shapes the product.

Absolutely. We actively build based on customer feedback. If there's something your operation needs that the platform doesn't do yet, we want to hear about it. Several of our current features exist because a customer told us they needed them.
