Support for the B4W Admin web app, the B4W Driver native mobile app, and the Bond4Waste platform. Browse common questions below, or submit a ticket and we'll reply within one business day.
Sign-in codes are emailed to the address on your Bond4Waste account. Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure emails from bond4waste.com aren't blocked by your mail provider. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a fresh one if yours has lapsed. If you still don't receive a code, contact us and we'll verify your account manually.
The web app syncs continuously while online. If data looks stale, check your connection, then pull down to refresh. If the problem persists, sign out and back in, close and reopen the browser tab, or clear the site's cached data. Updates are delivered automatically, so there is no app-store download to install. Still stuck? Submit a ticket below with the customer or job affected and we'll investigate.
Team members, trucks, and roles are managed from your company's Bond4Waste account by an account owner or admin. Drivers you add receive an invite to sign in to the B4W Driver app. If you don't see the option, your role may not include user management — ask your account owner or contact support.
Email contact@bond4.ai from your account email with your company name and we'll get back to you within one business day. Include an invoice number if your question is about a specific charge.
Driver accounts are created by your company's dispatcher or account admin. Make sure you're signing in with the same phone number or email your company used to invite you. If you never received an invite, ask your dispatcher to resend it — or contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Routes appear once your dispatcher assigns them. Pull down to refresh, and confirm you have a data connection. If a route your dispatcher says is assigned still isn't visible, sign out and back in, then submit a ticket with your company name and the route date.
Location is used to show your position on the route, navigate to stops, and let dispatch see progress on active routes. You can review exactly what's collected in the B4W Driver Privacy Policy at bond4waste.com/driver-privacy. Location access can be changed anytime in your phone's Settings, though some routing features won't work without it.
Uploads queue automatically and retry when you're back on a connection, so it's safe to keep working through dead zones. If an upload stays stuck, check that the app has camera and photo permissions in your phone's Settings and that you have available storage. Persistent failures are worth a ticket — include roughly when and where the upload failed.
Email contact@bond4.ai from the email associated with your account and request deletion. We'll confirm your identity and remove your personal data in accordance with our privacy policies. Note that some records tied to your company's operations (like completed service history) may be retained by your employer's account.
The website privacy policy is at bond4waste.com/privacy and the B4W Driver app has its own policy at bond4waste.com/driver-privacy. Our terms of service are at bond4waste.com/terms.
We respond to all tickets and emails within one business day, and usually much faster during business hours (9am–6pm ET, Monday through Friday). Urgent operational issues are prioritized.
