Young Professionals organize educational webinars throughout the year, including a free webinar scheduled for September 9, giving both members and non-members an opportunity to learn from industry experts.
They also lead SWANA's annual Student Design Competition, which challenges university teams to develop practical solutions for real-world resource management problems. The competition gives students hands-on experience while connecting them directly with professionals already working in the field.
