Independent Account Executive
The Opportunity
Bond4Waste is building the AI-native operating system for waste haulers, MRFs, municipalities, and waste brokers — replacing paper tickets and phone-based dispatch with a platform no legacy or modern competitor can match.
We're looking for a driven, independent Account Executive to own new client acquisition. This isn't a desk job. It's a real equity-in-your-effort sales role: you build the book, you keep getting paid on it.
If you're tired of a base salary that caps your upside, quotas set by someone who's never sold a day in their life, or being told exactly when and how to work — this is built differently.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close waste haulers, MRFs, municipalities, and waste brokers within your territory
- Run product demos and guide prospects through the sales cycle
- Act as the ongoing relationship owner for every client you close — checking in, gathering feedback, spotting upsell opportunities
- Keep your pipeline updated in HubSpot and stay visible with the team
- Attend 4 monthly team meetings and stay active in team chat
- Close at least 1 client per month after your 60-day ramp-up period
- Log activity (leads, notes, deal stages) into CRM within 24 hours
